Island Isolation
Is a small game about a planet that consists of a few islands which are connectet trough water ways. Sadly every Island can only support one industry and so all the islands have to work together in order to prosper and reach their ultimate goal.

GamePlay
Develop the islands in a strategic way so that all thier neigbors can prosper with it.
Use the radial manu of each island in order to change the industrial focus of an island.
Trade will hapen automatically so make sure to provide enogh ships to keep your economy going.

How to play
Start up the game and wait for the world to generate. Hit start to start or the

dynamite 

in the lower right corner to get a new world.
Leftclick on an island to open its overview. Rightclick an island to build on it.
Survive as long as you can and try to build a Paradise that costs 50 of all posible materials you can produce.

And most importantly "Have Fun".
Fullscreen is adviced as the UI for some reason wont behave correctly ;)

The materials you use

Food is the most important base material without it your island die

Wood is the 2nd base material and used a lot and to build more ships

Stone the 3rd base material needed nearly eveywhere

Metal is one of the 4 base materials and needed a lot

Parts are needed for intermediat production

Bateries are used to power stuff

Electronics are an advanced material

Medicine increases mood and thus productivity
Research is needed for Sience

Rocketry is used to do advanced Sience

Entertainment increases productivity

Your Goal
Most importantly survive.

Stuff that didn't make it into the game:
- Better World generation (thx WebGl, had a awsome generation method but WebGl could not handle it) (Edit: added with update 2)
- More Upgrades and Techs (Edit: added with update 2)
- Sound :,( (sorry not a sound artist, i am happy i manged the graphics as well as i did)
- Vicotry screen (Edit: added with update 1)

Post Jam update 1:
-fixed some bugs
-added Victory condition
-added kosts for upgrades

-adjusting some scales
-overhaul of map generation
-made island size visible in the info for island
-islands with bigger size are visually bigger
-size now corretly influences production of basic materials (food, wood, stone, metal)
-costscreen can now switch from cost to upkeep costs and back
-island info can now be toggeld to show current upkeep costs or production

Post Jam update 3:
-fixed some bugs
-added panel that alowes to switch left and right click (tablet support)

Post Jam update 4:
-added stockpileslider for islands to manage how much is stockpiled befor sending out stuff on ships

-fixing paging not behaving with alternate click settings
